I could tell you where this is taking place...but then I would have to kill you!  Let's just say when it comes to building the ultimate vehicle for defense/anti-terrorism we had to have the biggest, baddest SUV to lead the way.  

This Excursion you see here is a variation of Operation M.O.U.T. and was constructed by Finishlinewest.  It is equipped with a supercharged V-10, Stillen Big Brake upgrade, Federal Signal emergency lights and a Safari Gard front and rear bumper.

In case you are wondering, those are real submachine guns that are pointed out the windows.  

There is only one thing worse than having this Excursion right in front of you, that's having it right behind you!
